Description
A wonderful piece of scrimshaw work on a whales tooth, the scene depicts two sailors sat on a bench, one whittling the other in conversation, wearing the typical sailors uniforms of the whalers from north america, the scrimshaw is signed FM and dated 1848.It is in good original condition.
