Description

A good carved and water gilded frame, european in origin as its carved in walnut, this type of frame is usually italian or possibly spanish, probably C18th century, there is a small part of one corner carving missing, and a small piece off one corner on the inner carved slip.
please see photos, otherwise the gilt wood frame originally a picture frame, now with a mirror is in good condition, and the gilding is nice and old.
