Description

A good pair of C18th Hepplewhite carved side or hall chairs, the back is carved with the prince of Wales feather', the legs are tapered and have a spade foot, the upholstery is old and has, a watered silk style covering. I have included a shot of plate 1 hepplewhites book, you can see that the back splat bears many similarities to hepplewhites original design

Condition
Good and original. Joints are solid, unfortunately the rails have been replaced, obviously the originals had rotted away, one has its back rail still intact, this makes the chairs stronger and doesn't detract from the look in any way.
Delivery can easily be arranged for this item smaller items are generally sent free of charge to the uk, larger items can be sent via a courier, I keep this service as cheap as possible, the larger items are picked up and delivered to you within 7-10 days should you require a quicker delivery expect to pay at least double the normal cost.
