A 17th Century oak chest, the plank top with applied moulded edge over two short and two long with applied moulded decoration and brass acorn drop handles over a shaped apron to bracket feet,

Condition
Good colour and patina throughout, some old cracks to the top and a deep ring mark, the middle drawer has been straightened at some point and has buttons and saw marks to allow for the straightening, the shaped apron base is later, the original stiles are in tact underneath, the handles are Victorian replacements and the escutcheons Georgian replacements, and some work has been done on the backing boards
Delivery can easily be arranged for this item smaller items are generally sent free of charge to the uk, larger items can be sent via a courier, I keep this service as cheap as possible, the larger items are picked up and delivered to you within 7-10 days should you require a quicker delivery expect to pay at least double the normal cost.
