Description

A good silver tankard with silver marks for John Kidder 1785, the piece has then been reworked and inscribed with the inscription,
Presented to Mervyn K King esq
By his friends John Hare & Company
As a small token of gratitude for his kind exertions
At the fire on their premises June 9th 1865
