Description

A good C19th French box made of tortoishell and the hinged top inlaid with gold and silver to an elaborate bordered panel, the central motif being a basket of overflowing flowers.

Condition
Tiny losses from the top inlay including .5 cms loss on the top right corner, the front has a very slight warp on its joint with the base, it's missing its push button, and the back has an old restored crack on the back of the box. Sounds a lot but the box looks amazing and is beautifully made.
Delivery can easily be arranged for this item smaller items are generally sent free of charge to the uk, larger items can be sent via a courier, I keep this service as cheap as possible, the larger items are picked up and delivered to you within 7-10 days should you require a quicker delivery expect to pay at least double the normal cost.
