Description

A good French Poudreuse veneered in walnut and king wood, with brass handles and ormolu mounts to the feet, overall marquetry that enhances its appearance with the use of contrasting veneers.
The interior is fabulous, the middle section pulls out to reveal a well and a mirror, the two side flaps open for extra workspace, and reveal a silk lined box, the front also has a tooled leather writing slide, there are then a further three drawers again lined in silk.

Condition
There are some old veneer repairs and the odd small losses, the silk is slightly stained in places, and a little bit frayed, general signs of wear and tear, but apart from a repolish largely original.
Delivery can easily be arranged for this item smaller items are generally sent free of charge to the uk, larger items can be sent via a courier, I keep this service as cheap as possible, the larger items are picked up and delivered to you within 7-10 days should you require a quicker delivery expect to pay at least double the normal cost.
